BaDaMa Global Services Co. Ltd. adapts to SAP's best cases, matching SAP's generic global project promotion methodology – ASAP, and to proceed with project implementation.
This methodology has 5 phases of operations, below is an introduction:
1st Phase: Project Preparation
The key part is the planning, preparation, building project implement plan, organize project implementation team, and prepare for project start-up meeting.
2nd Phase: Business Blueprint
Through multiple times of business discussion meeting, the purpose of this phase is to reach a common understanding of how SAP can align with the company's business operations, to build the Blueprint and operation work flow diagram, and to confirm SAP's operation standards.
3rd Phase: Realization
The work for the Phase is to realize what has been confirmed in the Business Blueprint, through system configurations. Afterwards, a final configuration confirmation meeting is held. In this meeting, the Consultation team will operate the first complete operation according the Business Blueprint and business work flow; so as to confirm whether the system had been installed or configured successfully. At this stage, the Consultation team will be preparing the Operations Manual, and to setup key-users' training plan.
4th Phase: Final Preparation
All of the preparation work prior to Go Live will be done during this Phase; including key-users training, final integration test for the system; final Users training, system management, main document data input, incomplete transaction data input, etc. Finally all the mentioned problems and issues should be fixed or resolved, to ensure the successful project go-live.
5th Phase: Go-Live & Support
In this phase it is the monitoring of the system operation after the Go-Live stage, resolving any issue after the system go-live, and assist the Users on operating the system normally, and to correct and abnormal problems encountered after the system go-live.
